Each Hook & Hearth piece is made and finished by hand in small batches. Because of this, delivery timelines vary depending on the item ordered.

Made to Order Pottery

All slab-built and wheel thrown pottery is made to order.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for forming, drying, bisque firing, glazing, and final kiln firing.

You will receive a confirmation email once your piece is complete and ready to ship or schedule for delivery.

Ready to Ship Crochet

Crochet items typically ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted.

Pottery and crochet items ship via standard ground service within the United States.

All pottery is carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure safe delivery.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Local Studio Delivery (Johnson County Area)

Local delivery is available within designated zip codes in the Johnson County area.

Once your order is complete, you will receive an email to coordinate a delivery window. Deliveries are typically scheduled within 3-5 business days after completion.
